Paolo specialises in international higher education, student mobility and institutional partnerships between the UK and Latin America. He holds an MSc from UCL, a PGCE from the University of Manchester, and is an Immigration Advice Authority (IAA) Level 1 Adviser.

Laura is an Environmental Engineer specialising in sustainability and environmental management. She coordinates communications between students, families and partner institutions while supporting project delivery and long-term client relationships across Academic Action.

Gaston has over 20 years of experience in international finance, having worked with organisations including Bloomberg and Euroclear. He provides strategic financial advice, helping Academic Action develop sustainable and commercially sound international projects.

Rubén is an international lawyer specialising in migration, education and human rights. He advises Academic Action on legal and regulatory matters, supporting compliant and sustainable partnerships across different jurisdictions.

Carmen is a certified Spanish–English Translator and Official Interpreter with over 35 years of professional experience. She ensures high-quality multilingual communication and supports Academic Action's international documentation and partnerships.

Lorna holds an MSc in Marketing and Innovation. She leads Academic Action's marketing strategy, supporting brand development, communications and the creation of engaging educational content.

Daniela specialises in market research, data analysis and regional intelligence. She identifies institutional opportunities and supports Academic Action’s strategic development while serving as a regional liaison with universities and partner organisations across Mexico and Central America.

Juanita is a filmmaker and visual storyteller specialising in animation and digital media. A graduate in Film and Television from the National University of Colombia, she creates engaging visual content that supports Academic Action's international communication and outreach.

Antonio is an Engineer with extensive experience in commercial leadership and business development. He represents Academic Action in Colombia, supporting institutional partnerships, stakeholder engagement and the coordination of strategic projects with local partners.

Ximena has extensive experience in project management, institutional strategy and sustainability. She supports Academic Action's institutional partnerships in Colombia while helping educational institutions develop sustainable and future-focused organisational initiatives.

Our work is supported by British Council training, UCAS experience and regulated immigration advice through an IAA Level 1 Adviser. We provide informed and responsible guidance while working within the limits of our professional authorisations.
