Academic Action operates through two separate entities, each with distinct roles, objectives, and regulatory frameworks.
Academic Action Ltd provides strategic advisory and consultancy services in the field of international education. This includes supporting schools, universities, and institutions with internationalisation strategies, student mobility initiatives, market positioning, and the development of institutional partnerships across the United Kingdom and Latin America.
Academic Action Social Enterprise is a non-profit organisation focused on supporting students and families throughout their educational journey. Its work includes providing academic guidance, general advisory support, and assistance in navigating different aspects of studying abroad, including immigration-related processes. Where immigration advice is provided, it is delivered in accordance with the regulatory framework of the Immigration Advice Authority (IAA).
While both entities operate within the broader context of international education, they function independently. Any immigration-related guidance is provided separately through Academic Action Social Enterprise and is not influenced by the advisory or consultancy activities of Academic Action Ltd.
Academic Action is committed to acting in the best interests of students, families, and partner institutions at all times. All guidance and services are delivered with a strong emphasis on professionalism, transparency, and ethical practice.
Clients and partners are under no obligation to engage with any specific service, institution, or pathway.
